1. Do I need a split-system or a ceiling cassette unit and what’s the difference?

These two systems function generally the same, except ceiling cassettes are installed on the ceiling instead of the wall. We usually recommend a ceiling cassette if there isn’t enough wall space, however, this is something we can discuss with you when we perform your free quote.
